Kit Carson County Child Care Representative
The Early Childhood Council for Yuma, Washington and Kit Caron Counties (ECCYWK) is hiring a Kit Carson County Child Care Representative for a one year part time position (could be longer depending on funding). Representative works with community stakeholders and others specifically related to the Child Care Committee grant based projects. Duties include grant writing, reporting, budget preparation, public presentations, travel, and collaboration with community partners. They must be self-motivated, willing to work some evenings and weekends, be willing to travel. Qualifications include: High School diploma or GED, valid Driver’s license and proof of insurance, knowledgeable computer skills including Microsoft Office and Excel, have interest in children, have good people and public speaking skills, ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups to make Kit Carson a place where all children thrive. Pay based upon experience. This person would need to be able to pass a background check and drug/alcohol screening. This position allows for flexible work schedule.
